I am a new writer, and would like permission to use a quote of yours in my book ” rather than curse our badly behaved lovers, we grow to see those partners who hurt us as angels, our nemesis or sacred enemy, holding up a mirror for us”. I’ d also love to find your book Sacred & Naked, but have not had much luck. Is it available by ebook now?

Yes that would be fine. Thanks for asking. But first please do tell me what is your book about? When will it be published so I am clear on those details. As for Sacred and Naked, I will one day soon be putting it on-line as an ebook but until then, I don’t know where you would get it, probably have to go to a library. Look forward to hearing back

A belated comment on your column of Saturday August 1st on “Equal Rights for Men”
I really enjoyed the piece.
I have been an avid reader of your columns since the late 80’s. Your early writings on men’s issues at this time and into the early 90 were most helpful.
As a result for the past 19 years since my wife returned to full time work I have slipped very comfortably into the role of full time shopper, cleaner and cook. (I could do without the cleaning) but the cooking is great fun and great therapy.
(Mind you I always cook with wine…and sometimes I put in in the food!!!!)Best wishes

Good article in today’s Weekend Australian (Sat 24 Nov). It is said that Anger has two positives – it can give you the energy to move on when you are stuck and it can help you maintain your boundaries so no one walks all over you!
